The initiative, spearheaded by prominent Pakistani-American businessman and newly elected Constable Ali Sheikhani, builds on the success of his earlier venture, the Boat Basin Food Street.

At the inauguration of Zamzama Bazaar, Sheikhani shared his vision:

Our goal is to provide affordable stall-like shops to small business owners, enabling them to thrive and contribute to the community’s economic growth

Located adjacent to the thriving Boat Basin Food Street, Zamzama Bazaar aims to create a vibrant cultural and commercial hub for Houston’s Pakistani-American community.

Renowned Pakistani-American entrepreneur Shaukat Dhanani, who owns thousands of fast-food franchises across the U.S., praised Sheikhani’s efforts, saying,
