How to Participate:
1. Marriage License:
• Apply online at www.fbctx.gov/countyclerk.
• Purchase your marriage license at least 72 hours before the ceremony.
• The cost of a marriage license is $71.00, but you can reduce this fee to $11.00 with valid proof of completing a state-approved premarital education course.
2. Reservation Process:
• Once your application is complete, 10 couples will be selected and contacted to confirm their reservation.
3. The Ceremony:
• The couples will join the County Clerk and Judge for a free marriage ceremony on Valentine’s Day.
