HOUSTON, TX – A heartbreaking tragedy unfolded this past Saturday near Highway 6 when 28-year-old Muhammad Ibrahim Mazhar, an Indian national and IT specialist, lost his life in a hit-and-run accident shortly after attending a dinner. The incident occurred just a week after his wedding.

According to community leader and businessman Jahanzaib Lakhani, who spoke exclusively to Madihamasood.live, Ibrahim had been working for one of his companies in Houston. Lakhani shared that Ibrahim had no immediate family in the U.S., and his immigration process was still underway at the time of the accident.

“He was a hardworking young man, just starting a new chapter of his life. I spoke to his father in India, and with his consent, we will be arranging for Ibrahim’s burial here in Houston,” Lakhani said.
